Please take the Eligibility Self Assessment Test below. If you are able to answer YES to all of the questions, we encourage you to proceed to the Application Process where you will find further instructions.


1.  Are you either:

  • a non-profit 501(c)(3)?

  • a unit of government or school?

2.  Does your organization operate within one or more of the following areas?

  • Shelter

  • Health

  • Hunger

  • Education

3.  Would a grant:

  • maintain or increase the capacity of the organization’s mission?

  • provide significant benefits and/or impact to Loudoun County residents?

  • provide creative and innovative ways to meet community needs?
